From the moment we first opened the gallery doors in 1995, we've carried art both by and about musicians. It was never a strategy, per se, we've just followed our instincts and so that's where we are. And this being our 30th anniversary year it seems a good time to stop and put the spotlight on them, our Yard Dog musician friends.

The show is not hanging as a whole, but all of the work here is in the gallery if you'd like to stop by and see it in person. There's new work by Jon Langford, Tom Russell, Will Johnson, and Steve Wynn, plus existing work by Eric Bellis, Jeb Loy Nichols, Mikki Itzigsohn, Tim Kerr, Steve Wynn, Bob Schneider, Ian McLagan, Walter Salas Humara, Reg Mombassa, Peter O’Dougherty, Caitlin Cary, Daniel Johnston, & Lamar Sorrento. And some music-themed work by Bruce Lee, Kerry Smith, Jo Clauwaert, and Steve Keene.
